about me

Understanding how we live.
Understanding how we live together.

I'm a psychologist and neuropsychologist based in Berlin. My main work is with Expanding Circles, but film and television has stayed a fixed part of what I do since 2019, not because it pays the same as the rest of my work, but because I like this industry and the people in it.

I've worked with filmmakers, producers, writers and creative teams across Europe, including Berlinale, Locarno, Vienna Film Festival, When East Meets West and Talent Labs Vienna. What keeps me coming back is how much of the pressure in this industry gets treated as just part of the job, long hours, high stakes decisions made fast, constant uncertainty, when understanding what that actually does to someone's nervous system changes how sustainable the work can be.

The Way I Work

I bring psychology, neuropsychology and nervous system education together with practical strategies, built from years working directly inside film and TV production. I'm not adapting general stress advice to fit the industry. I'm teaching what actually holds up on a set, in an edit room, or in the run-up to a premiere.
