Psychology for Film & Creative Work
I work with festivals, productions and teams in a few different ways, depending on what's needed: speaking to a room, running a workshop, or working with one person directly. All of it comes from the same place, understanding what pressure actually does to people in this industry, and what helps.
One to One Sessions
For people in the industry who want to work through this directly, not in a group. Sessions are arranged around your schedule and your production, not a fixed format.
Workshops
Built around the specific pressures of production. Some are co-delivered with Sillse Giesen, sports and training scientist and co-founder of Expanding Circles, combining psychological and physical approaches to pressure.
Keynotes & Talks
For festivals, labs and industry events. I speak on pressure, the nervous system, and what actually holds up in high stakes creative work. Talks are shaped around the event, not delivered off a template.

I loved everything about the workshop. I left feeling enlightened, curious, and moved. It opened up a space for reflection and unexpected realizations. The insights were also so practical that I jumped right into applying what we’d learned—and I’ve been sharing the experience with friends and colleagues ever since.

Course Paricipant
Katherine's sessions and the one on one were completely life changing. I'm still shocked by how practical and simple she could made us understand something so deeply rooted and complicated. My vision on my own stress has radically shift, and with it my quality of life and the worth of my work. I can't thank you enough.

This really shone a light on things we all deal with, but nobody talks about. Concise and practical. And she's also quite funny! :)
